GENERAL

How do I place an order?

We've created a unique online configurator so you can choose all parameters yourself.

At the top of the page, select the product you're interested in (e.g. "Unique Minifigure" or "Individual Frame"), then click "Create".

You'll enter our online configurator where you can choose everything — from hairstyle to accessories. The price depends on the parameters you select and is shown in the top left corner of the configurator.

Don't have time to create it yourself? Send your photos via any messenger (Instagram, email) — and we'll create the figure for you. No extra charge! We respond very quickly.

Need help with a background for the frame? Write to us — we'll help you choose or prepare the perfect background.

What can I create?

On our website you can create a unique gift based on your own idea — a frame with minifigures or a minifigure keychain.

In our convenient online configurator, you choose from a wide range of elements and designs to create a character that looks as close to the real person as possible.

You can customize the face, hairstyle, body, legs, accessories and style — creating a truly personalized gift for yourself or your loved ones.

How long does it take to fulfill an order?

We fulfill orders within a maximum of 4 business days. Delivery time by the carrier (1–3 business days within Poland) should be added to this.

Orders placed on business days — we try to ship as soon as possible. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays — we ship on the first business day.

During peak periods (Black Friday, holidays, seasonal promotions) the fulfillment time may be longer.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We fulfill orders within a maximum of 4 business days. Delivery time by the carrier (1–3 business days within Poland) should be added to this.

Do you offer wholesale / corporate orders?

Yes! We fulfill corporate and wholesale orders — figures as gifts for employees, clients, event souvenirs and much more.

To receive a corporate offer, write to us via email or any messenger — we'll prepare an individual quote.

TECHNICAL

What is the size of the figure?

The standard minifigure size is approximately 4 cm tall and 2 cm wide. Dimensions may vary slightly depending on the selected accessories or the figure's pose.

What are the figures made of?

We use original elements to create figures. All main parts (head, body, legs) are original elements.

Some accessories may be designed and produced by us — based on our own unique designs. These are not LEGO® products.

Does the figure look exactly like in the configurator?

Yes — the figure you receive matches 1:1 what you see in the configurator. All elements, colors and accessories will be the same as in your design.

What frame sizes are available?

We offer standard frame sizes that are always in stock:

13×18 cm, 18×18 cm (square), 21×30 cm, 25×25 cm, 30×40 cm.

Colors: white or black.

For individual or large orders, we can make a frame of any size up to 1 meter. Standard sizes are always kept in stock, so they're available without waiting.

Are there any restrictions on the theme or design of figures?

Yes. We cannot print logos, branding or marketing elements on minifigure parts. We also do not accept designs containing:

— company logos, brand names or trademarks;

— political, religious or military symbols;

— offensive, aggressive, discriminatory or provocative content;

— scenes of violence, self-harm or inappropriate content;

— images of famous people or characters protected by third-party rights.

If the design doesn't meet the requirements, we may suggest changes or decline the order.

Unfortunately, we do not make military figures. We can make characters in civilian clothing instead.

Company logos can be placed on packaging, backing or frame background — a safe option for corporate orders.

Do figures arrive assembled or disassembled?

They arrive assembled, in ready packaging 📦

Why do figures in frames arrive separately?

We ship figures separately from the frame (not inserted) to prevent them from falling out during transport. Inserting them is very easy!

Delivery and payment

How does delivery work?

We ship via InPost (Paczkomaty and Courier) and DPD courier. Delivery time within Poland: 1–3 business days.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! After shipping, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

What if my parcel didn't arrive or is damaged?

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe — write to us, we'll help check the status with the carrier.

If the parcel is damaged — take photos/video of the damaged packaging and product and contact us as soon as possible. We'll help resolve the issue.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS

Can I return a figure?

Personalized / made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return (in accordance with consumer rights law). However, we're loyal to our customers and review each situation individually.

In case of a manufacturing defect or our mistake — we will definitely resolve the issue (replacement, repair or refund).

What if the figure has a defect?

If the figure has a manufacturing defect — contact us as soon as possible and send photos/video. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.

You have the right to file a complaint for 2 years from the date of purchase.

We'll offer a solution: repair, replacement or refund — depending on the situation.
